Let me introduce myself. My name is Renee. I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I spent the first 20 years of my working life in administrative support and graphic design roles until ascending to Director of Operations. This role was for an Executive Coaching firm where I woke a passion in how to help people beyond supportive tasks. This wealth of experience is the equivalent of a masters degree in business administration. I thrived in this environment until one day my boss/mentor decided to retire herself and the company. What to do? Then I dove into a second career.
I began my second career as a leadership coaching and executive coach holding many certifications including ICP-PCC. However, my passion to help people and support their missions has never left my heart.
Therefore, I am seeking a position that would thrive using my expertise, maturity, grounding presence, passion and skillsets. I plan to continue working with my coaching clients and control my calendar for my coaching firm which gives me the flexibility to seek employment with any organization that is not shy in bringing someone on board that will help them go to the next level.
